Go to 4 Ingredient Chia pudding

Chia pudding is my go to satisfactory and hearty breakfast. I am thinking of starting to add more recipes to the blog to help boost your creativity in the kitchen! I am all about eating nourishing food that genuinely makes you feel good, so I would l love to hear any suggestions you may have.

Here's what you'll need:
- Chia Seeds
- Almond milk/ choice of nut milk
- Your choice of fruit (I love mango, berries or banana!)
- Yoghurt of choice
- A small glass, jar or container
Optional:
- Honey
- Vanilla essence
- Granola
- Almond butter (any nut butter is delish)
How to make it:
- Add 5 tbsp of chia seeds (I use wellness road)
- Pour 1/3 of a cup of milk into the mixture (you should still be able to see chia seeds when you mix it)
- Leave the mixture overnight in the fridge, for at least 4hrs (the longer the better for the consistency)
- Cut any fruit up for toppings, the following morning
- Serve 2 tbsp of yoghurt on top
- Sprinkle granola on top of the pudding
- Add any nut butter or honey if desired!
